How Meridio Works

We can deliver results to you, your clients, and their employees within 30 days.

Simple Client Onboarding

We meet once with a client to understand the workplace, confirm the full-time and part-time workforce and gather the facts required by our partner carriers.

Smart Engagement

For each client, we roll out a promotional campaign and benefits that lasts from 2-4 weeks depending on the size of the workforce.

Clear Decisions

At the end of each promotion, we confirms policy transactions with carriers and give you and the client insight into employee priorities and participation.

Ongoing Workforce Support

We work with interested clients on a quarterly or semi-annual basis to promote smarter benefits decisions to new employees and existing employees with updated priorities.

How We Get Results

Meridio benefit guides help people make smarter benefit decisions.

How does the Meridio process work?

Meridio works with participating employers to promote benefits to both full-time and part-time employees.

Interested customers reserve time with our Meridio benefit guides.

During each interview, our benefit guides help each employee determine which benefit plans make sense for his or her household priorities, objectives, and budget.

Meridio takes care of completing enrollment with our partner carriers.

Does Meridio work with full-time and part-time employees?

Yes. We work with all employees who are interested in protecting their households. When we set up a workforce, we set up separate plan paths for full-time and part-time employees based on standard carrrier requirements.

What's required to get started?

Once you confirm a client is interested, we ask clients prepare to provide the following at the upfront kickoff:

  • An overview of their workforce
  • A recent census with related contact info
  • Commitment to managment-level promotion of the benefits campaign

Can employees buy online?

As part of our process, employees connect online but work with our benefits guides via phone to make a final decision and complete account setup.

How does Meridio handle commissions?

Meridio receives industry standard commissions which are determined independently of premium rates. As a partner broker, you receive a share of those commissions.
