We can deliver results to you and your employees within 30 days.

Simple Client Onboarding

We meet upfront with you  to understand your workplace, confirm the full-time and part-time workforce, and gather the facts required by our partner carriers.

Smart Engagement

For each client, we roll out a promotional campaign and benefits that lasts from 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the workforce.

At the end of each promotion, we confirms policy transactions with carriers and give you insight into employee priorities and participation.

Interested employees reserve time with our Meridio benefit guides.

During each interview, our benefits guide help each person determine which benefit plans make sense for his or her household priorities, objectives, and budget.

Meridio takes care of fulfilling each employee’s plans with our partner carriers.

Does Meridio work with full-time and part-time employees?

Yes. We work with all employees who are interested in protecting their households.

When we set up a workforce, we set up separate plan paths for full-time and part-time employees based on standard carrrier requirements.

What's required to get started?

We ask your team to be prepared to provide the following at the kickoff:

  • An overview of your workforce
  • A recent census with related contact info
  • Commitment to managment-level promotion of the benefits campaign
