Tom is a 20 year veteran product leader and digital strategist. As advisor and consultant, Tom has worked with a wide array of firms: B2B, B2C, startups, and enterprises. Tom is responsible for building platform and organization to support customer success.

Jen Taylor brings over 15 years of experience in the marketing and communications industry, serving as Head of Marketing for Meridio, helping clients bridge the gap between insurance jargon and everyday healthcare needs. She’s worked for 5 years as Walk Chair for the Atlanta Hydrocephalus Association and when she’s not working you can find her in Austin, Tx. exploring the city with her husband, three kids, and rescue dog, Dash.

Jim is a 15 year veteran within music, television, and healthcare; producing and developing content. Jim is responsible for customer identification and acquisition strategy and execution. In his spare time, Jim enjoys music, hockey, and futurism.

Tammy has been in Benefits and Communication for over 14 years. Previously she served as Operations Manager of an enrollment firm for 8 years before joining the Meridio team. Tammy manages a team of Client Leads, Benefit Guides and Administrators who help facilitate the enrollment process from Implementation to Service and beyond. She also has a background in Hospitality, Telecommunication, culinary arts and loves to talk food, beverage and gardening.

Barrett has been with Meridio since 2019 and brings 10 years of technology experience to Meridio utilizing systems such as Big Query, ChargeBee, Looker Studio, Make, Parabola, Fibery, Zapier and Hubspot to streamline our data engineering, e-commerce, data analyzation, and analytics as a company. Attending Western North Carolina University Barrett pursued studies in Special Need Education and Outdoor Leadership. When he’s not working, Barrett can be found in Charlotte, NC enjoying time with his wife and two kids exploring local disc golf and ball golf courses or planning their next National Park trip.
